Whew y'all.... walking into Week 3 of Social Distancing like a girl who misses ground turkey! Apparently everyone also loves it too because it is in very limited supply in my grocery stores. I've only been able to find it once in the last three weeks and obviously its limited to just 2 packs per person. I don't love ground beef, but Nandor does, so his little heart is probably loving that everyone else is getting to the ground turkey before I can!
The meals I've listed below should all fall under $20 for a family of 4. I'm basing the prices on what I spend at my grocery store and the brands I buy, however exact prices will depend on your preferences. If you are cooking for yourself or you and your spouse, you can half the recipe to make 2 dinners or make the entire recipe and have the leftovers for the next day's lunch.
For each meal there is a screen shot friendly menu card with an ingredient list and directions. I have not included pantry essentials in the ingredient or purchase list. These would include things like salt and pepper and other seasonings, the usual condiments including ketchup, mustard, mayo and olive oils and your favorite dressings. Chances are you already have these and if not, add them to your list now and always keep on hand!
