I love a good snack plate. I actually prefer appetizers to entrees and if I get a variety of options even better!
This little charcuterie snack plate has homemade and store bought options. You can throw each of these together quick or you can prep them for the entire week to make the process even faster. Another one of the reasons I love snack plates!! Below I've listed exactly what I used to prepare each portion of the plate. Most preparations are pretty self explanatory, but I have listed a full recipe for the roasted red pepper hummus. Hope you enjoy!
Directions: combine all ingredients and season with salt and chili powder before serving
Prosciutto wrapped Pickled Okra
Directions: wrap okra in 1/2 piece of prosciutto
Goat Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers
salt and pepper
Directions: slice peppers length wise and stuff with goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
2 cans chickpeas
1 large roasted red pepper
1/2 can green chilis
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic powder, to your taste
salt and pepper, to your taste
Directions: In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add additional salt if needed.
